Payment Terms and Conditions

Training Twin ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing exceptional personal training services. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our payment terms and conditions outlined below. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment Methods
Accepted Forms of Payment: Payments can be made via card payment, bank transfer or standing order.
Payment Schedule: All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being undertaken. Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of the personal training package.
2. Membership Packages
Commitment: All sessions must be taken within a rolling monthly period. If changes are required due to illness, holiday or work commitments, they can be rescheduled but must be taken within the rolling monthly period. At least 24 hours’ notice must be given for all changes.
Payment Structure: Following the initial 3-month package, you will be charged the same amount each month, regardless of the number of sessions attended. This structure offers health benefits and cost savings for committed clients. Card payment will be taken on the last working day of each month.
Commitment: All sessions must be taken within a rolling monthly period. If changes are required due to illness, holiday or work commitments, they can be rescheduled
Session Scheduling: Dates, days, and times will be agreed upon during the consultation. Sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Suspensions: Sessions can be suspended for medical reasons with a letter from your GP, pregnancy, or redundancy.
Termination: Following the initial 3-month package, one month’s notice is required to cancel your programme.
3. Session Cancellations
Client Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any session cancellation. This can be communicated directly to the trainer via email, text message, or phone call. If 24-hour notice isn't provided, you will forfeit that session, and no refund will be issued. This policy ensures optimal scheduling and availability for all clients.
Trainer Cancellations: If your personal trainer fails to provide 24 hours' notice of a cancellation, you will be entitled to one extra hour of personal training, in addition to the session you missed.
4. Lateness
Client Lateness: If you are late for your session, the session will be reduced accordingly. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session may be cancelled, and you will forfeit that session without a refund.
Trainer Lateness: If the trainer is more than 15 minutes late for your session, you will be entitled to a complimentary session, along with any remaining time for that session.
5. Session Expiry and Extensions
Expiry: All personal training packages have a 90-day expiry period, after which any unused sessions will be forfeited without a refund. This policy ensures we can deliver all your sessions to meet your goals.
Extensions: You may extend personal training packages for between one month and 12 full calendar months for the following reasons only: pregnancy, serious illness, serious injury, or redundancy. To request an extension, please contact us; we may ask for supporting documentation.
6. Refunds
Medical Grounds: If, for medical reasons, you are unable to continue personal training sessions, you will be eligible for a refund for any outstanding sessions. We may request a letter from your GP.
Other Reasons: If you decide to stop training for reasons other than medical or redundancy, you will not be entitled to a refund.
7. Trainer Reassignment
Trainer Availability: If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your personal trainer, you may request a transfer to another trainer at any time. In all circumstances, any sessions used with the previous trainer remain used.
8. Price Changes
Notification: We reserve the right to adjust our prices. Clients will be notified of any price changes, which will apply to new bookings made after the adjustment.
9. Non-Payment
Policy: Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of the personal training package.
